Eligibility Requirements
 You have not attended a defensive driving class with in the last 2 years.
You do not hold a CDL (commercial drivers license), regardless if you were driving commercially or your personal vehicle at the time of violation.
Your violation is an eligible moving violation that did not result in a serious injury or death
You must complete the course 7 calendar days prior your court date.

Traffic citation
Government issued identification
Pen/paper to write down class details
